His methodology is based on techniques of introspection and pro-activity, motivating his clients toward exploration and building knowledge and career paths from their own experience. Dr. Castellano works comfortably with clients belonging to very different cultural and professional backgrounds. Jose Castellano holds a Masters Degree in Multicultural Education from the University of Cologne and a PhD in Multicultural Career Counseling from the University of Madrid. He has lived in Spain, Germany and Holland, and currently works and lives in New York.

When not training and developing corporate executives, Wilfred uses his skills as a trained electrical engineer in the Bed & Breakfast he and his wife own and run on the North Fork of Long Island. He is curious and a lover of life, and the North Fork !
