Dr. Erica Rivera – Principal & Founder
In 2005, Dr. Erica Meyers-Rivera founded Lines of Excellence Consulting (LOEC) as a solution to challenges in the workplace in the areas of interpersonal relations, team communication, strategy development and leadership. The mission of Lines of Excellence Consulting is to support creative and innovative professionals and industries in the quest for motivation, ultimate performance, and product success. With this goal, Dr. Rivera uses her understanding of global business grounded in the knowledge of challenges in innovation, global competition, and cultural approaches to business as the main objectives in overcoming current and future challenges to success.
As Principal Consultant, Erica centers on enhancing leadership by developing the individual personal strengths of ‘key-role’ Executives. As Executives mature, so do their aspirations and focus on professional goals and development. LOE Consulting creates a focused development plan that includes appropriate selection, assessment and development of employees.
She is highly regarded for her work as an assessment specialist, having completed hundreds of personality assessments and employee background checks, making recommendations for executive and team development, hiring, succession planning and training. She is known for identifying how to develop strengths of individuals and utilizing that information to improve strategy, managerial, and team effectiveness in a variety of settings.
By guiding Executives through change progression, we remain attentive to corporate goals, missions and bottom-line results. Erica’s goal is to demystify essential elements to success, put the right processes in place to achieve it, and use a team of external or internal experts to monitor the ongoing process.
Erica is a graduate of The American University in Washington, DC where she received her undergraduate degree in International Business. She currently holds a Master’s Degree in Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute in California as well as both a Master’s Degree and Doctorate degree in Psychology from Long Island University. She is a member of The American Psychological Association (Division 13/Consulting Psychologists), METRO New York Association of Applied Psychology, and the Society for Organizational Psychology. Erica has traveled and lived throughout the world.

Kirsten Faurot, M.S.
Kirsten Faurot has been working in the training and development field since 1997, most recently as the Director of Employee and Organizational Development at Thomas Publishing Company. Her work at Thomas focusee on acting as in-house consultant for all employee and organizational development initiatives as well as handling employee relations and career counseling. Prior to Thomas, Kirsten managed the training and development at Amalgamated Bank and Archer Management, and the intercultural training at AFS Intercultural Programs. Kirsten’s particular expertise lies in analyzing workplace situations and designing practical solutions that address the core issue. Various recommendations are applied as appropriate, including team workshops, individual coaching sessions, individual study and assessments, amongst others. A true believer in action, Kirsten designs creative but pragmatic workshops that focus on skill practice and real-world application. Kirsten holds a BA in international relations from American University, and a Masters in industrial/organization psychology from Baruch College.
Larry Wiesler, MBA
Larry Wiesler is a hands-on professional with over 20 years of senior-level marketing, finance and operations experience. He has successfully managed P & L’s from startups to over $100MM in revenue and has built teams, systems and processes that have enabled firms of all sizes to scale profitably. Larry has worked across digital, traditional and experiential channels as well as the consumer-packaged goods, entertainment software, toys, luxury goods, consumer electronics, travel and finance verticals. For the past 15 years, Larry has held senior management roles at top-tier agencies Renegade, Sapient and Organic. Larry’s highly collaborative and practical approach to business inspires trust, partnership and productivity in the teams that work with him and delivers results. His roots in operations and finance took hold at the beginning of his career as a commercial and investment banker at Bank of America. He received his BA in Political Science at UCLA and earned an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business. Larry attended high school in Germany and speaks conversational German. During college he spent his summers in Japan. An avid runner, he has successfully completed 2 New York City marathons. Larry loves to travel, especially spending time at his home on the coast of Chile and exploring other parts of the world.
Johanna Seppäläinen, M.S.
Johanna is an experienced work-life practitioner. Recently, she has been working on the When Work Works project funded by the Alfred P. Sloan Foundation in partnership with the Families and Work Institute, U.S. Chamber of Commerce, and Twiga Foundation. When Work Works awards the Alfred P. Sloan Award for Business Excellence in Workplace Flexibility. Prior, she has led teams in creating workplace policy, research on leadership and management, managed a department, in addition to being an art director.

Critical Metrics is a boutique consulting firm that helps growing and established companies measure matters for success. We do this by reaching out to your employees and customers and uncovering what drives them to be great employees and loyal customers. LOEC regularly works with Critical Metrics for measurement platforms in the areas of employee engagement surveys, pre and post assessment evaluation, customer loyalty and satisfaction surveys and more.
Jose Castellano, Ph.D. – Coaching & Career Choice Development
Dr. Jose Castellano is an expert in Multicultural Career Development with an emphasis on creativity and intercultural communication processes in work setting within highly complex societies, where identity negotiation and constant repositioning are the norm. His methodology is based on techniques of introspection and pro-activity, motivating his clients toward exploration and building knowledge and career paths from their own experience. Dr. Castellano works comfortably with clients belonging to very different cultural and professional backgrounds. Jose Castellano holds a Masters Degree in Multicultural Education from the University of Cologne and a PhD in Multicultural Career Counseling from the University of Madrid. He has lived in Spain, Germany and Holland, and currently works and lives in New York.
Wilfred Joseph – Sales & Training Consultant
Wilfred Joseph, an entrepreneur, visionary and visioneering training coach began his career in leadership training in 1965 with the National Training Laboratories (NTL). Based in Washington, DC, NTL is a world renowned behavioral psychology center that stands as one of the foremost influences in modern corporate training programs and influenced other notable contributors to the HR movement in management thought. Using his NTL experience as a springboard, Wilfred conceived, built and developed a Leadership Training Camp and has trained and developed numerous sales forces of Fortune 100 companies both before and after his position as Sales Area Director of a Fortune 100 Computer Company. Having mentored, coached, and trained thousands; Wilfred has created Personal Development Trainings and seminars on various topics of leadership.
